Because I believe in transparency I would like you to understand that all the changes I made didn’t happen overnight. I discovered that it really is about the journey. You can make it a great one or just stay stuck. I decided that whatever happened and however challenging it might be, I was going to make huge life changes.
The woman I am today and have been for a number of years now is quite different to who I was. My journey started in my early 40’s and the changes were gradual and often difficult because change is not easy but it’s really worth it.
I’m now 79, have had many life experiences and actually have changed more than once. I also know that I will keep learning and changing until I die.
If there’s anything in your life, whether it’s a habit or behavior or maybe someone who is having a negative effect on your life, you can make any changes you want if you set an intention and want it badly enough.
This has been a very challenging year for most people and nearly everyone has often had to make, huge changes.
It may take a little time to get new thinking in place. Be patient with yourself, you are important. Transformation is a huge achievement and can have unbelievable positive results. Decide each morning, before you start your day, how you choose to live and feel that day. This will help you to stay on track.
‘Til Next Time
Have a superb week
