Well, we can finally let go of the last 18 months and move forward into what we hope will be a very much more positive year. So, here’s wishing you all a joyful, healthy and prosperous 2022, make it your best year yet.

As we move forward I’m going to be writing about various topics in the coming months that will help you to live the kind of life and lifestyle you want to live. The topics will include, believing in yourself, getting out of debt, starting a new business, how to stop procrastination and overwhelm, how to decrease stress, there’s no such thing as perfectionism, how to find your purpose and passion and how to make more income.

I would like to hear from you if there’s any particular topic you would like me to write about. All you have to do is reply to this email.

It doesn’t matter whether you are 18 or 80, at some time or another you’ve probably talked to yourself! It doesn’t mean you suddenly have Alzheimer’s or that you’re going off the rails, actually it’s really OK to do this! In fact sometimes by doing this, we come up with the best answers from ourselves.

However, the words that you are saying become hugely important. If you find yourself saying “I can’t do this,” “what if I fail,” “I don’t have enough expertise,” in order that you don’t find yourself not achieving what you want because you put negative energy into the Universe, it’s important to change all those negatives into positives.

For example: “I can do my best to achieve what I want,” “I will succeed” “I have all the expertise I need.”

When you are using positive re-enforcement you will have a different attitude and you will create a positive outcome.

Although goal setting and planning are really important in life and/or business, in order to create the success you want in any area, your mindset is absolutely critical.

Always remember that your feelings and actions are tied to your thinking! This is the process; you have a thought, it creates a feeling/emotion, you take action or you don’t and that creates the outcome.

Rather than just talking to yourself, I’d like to give you a few questions to answer for you to start the New Year on the right foot. They will help you to see where you are, what you want and where you want to go. Take all areas of your life into consideration. Work, personal life, relationships, health and time for you.

1. What brings me joy and good feelings in life?

2. What am I most passionate about?

3. What would I do if money was no issue?

4. What do I want to begin in 2022?

5. What do I want to give back to this world? How do I want to be remembered?

6. What am I grateful for?

7. What behavior do I want to change?

8. What do I want to let go of?

9. What does a successful life look like to me?

10. What would a perfect day look like to me?

Each question is written to give you answers about yourself and your life and to open up your mind to possibilities. Don’t be afraid to answer the questions, be honest and take your time.
