Although it is no longer the case, having had many issues with fear myself in the past, it’s easy for me to relate to that feeling. One of the first things I teach clients so they can move forward more powerfully is how to let go of fear. After all fear is only a thought. Unless you are really in danger, meaning about to be attacked by something, that’s all fear is, it’s just a thought and if you choose too, you can change the way you think.
I realize at present because of Covid 19 and all the different opinions out there, both from health professionals and people in general, not only can it be very confusing, it also has the tendency to send your thinking into fear, which won’t allow you to feel a sense of freedom.
Yes, we have definitely lost complete freedom but again that’s all about how you think. Ask yourself what freedom means to you!
For many years now I’ve worked in my home office so I’m used to being on my own. However, I’ve always had the ability to go where I want, when I want at any time but at present I can’t do that so now I don’t have the same kind of freedom.
Don’t allow fear to take over in any area of your life. When you wake up each morning think about what positive feeling you want to have that day and, if you slip into fear just remember what you decided and do something to take you into the positive feeling.
