We are going to be changing the Weekly Wisdom format slightly so this week it may be shorter than usual as we get things in place. You will still receive the Weekly Wisdom however, I’m hoping you will find the new format more insightful.
Right now we are in the midst of a world-wide pandemic so life is very different and often very challenging which can create a lot more anxiety and fear. One of the things I’d like you to remember is that you have control over your feelings. There are many ways in which you can relax your mind and body so if you haven’t already, please research what you can do to keep yourself emotionally healthy.
Let me ask you a question, then it answer for yourself. Whether they are negative or positive, how do you find yourself responding to situations?
